Install the app and create your account
Download Taxi Jo from the official store.
Register with a valid phone number and complete OTP verification.
Choose “Rider” or “Driver” depending on how you will use the service.
Riders: request a trip
Set pickup and drop-off on the map.
Select vehicle type if available and confirm the estimated fare.
Submit the request and wait for a driver to accept.
Drivers: go online and accept trips
Complete your profile and vehicle details and wait for admin verification if required.
Turn on “Online” when you are ready to work.
Accept trip offers that match your vehicle and area.
Payment and wallet
You can pay with cash, card, or wallet where the app allows it.
Wallet top-ups may use recharge codes from authorized partners.
If a charge looks wrong, contact support with your trip ID.
